Northland has begun pursuing select opportunities for condominium conversion projects.

To accommodate these opportunities, a subsidiary of Northland Investment Corporation, Northland Condominium Conversions, LLC (NCC) was spearheaded by Robert S. Gatof, who is the President of Northland Investment Corporation and President & Chief Executive Officer of NCC. The creation of this entity brings Northland an in-house ability to handle all aspects of condominium development and/or conversions.
