Collections Specialist

Location: Newton, MA

Description:
As a Collections Specialist, you will work closely with the Asset Management team to track and collect delinquent revenue from prior residents. You will be responsible for working with the properties to collect detailed account information, contacting prior residents, arranging payment plans, revenue collections and reconciling accounts with collection agencies.

Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will have experience with the collections process and working with high call volume and data entry. A Bachelors Degree is preferred, but not required.
