Commercial Property Manager

Description:
We are seeking to hire an experienced Commercial Property Manager to provide day-to-day operations management of a portfolio of commercial properties in Hartford, Connecticut. Responsibilities include: managing the day-to-day operations, financial and leasing activities of the property; providing for the administration of all activities related to the physical operation of assigned properties; managing the physical construction and financial management of tenant and building improvement projects; and providing information and direct input in financial activities including business planning, capital planning and leasing. The Commercial Property Manager will also manage a maintenance staff team.

Qualifications:
To be considered, you must possess three to five years of directly related management experience with profit and loss responsibility. Qualified candidates will also have extensive real estate lease administration and analysis experience and understanding. A Bachelor’s degree is required and a certification from a real estate association or a candidate for a certification is required.
