Today, we’re investing in GenY / “echo boom” markets that are poised for strong growth, such as healthcare, education and technology. But we are also constantly searching for tomorrow’s growth markets and scenarios.

Seeking out contrarian opportunities

We identify deeply discounted acquisition opportunities where perceived risk exceeds actual risk. Most often, these are properties that are overlooked or discounted by other investors.

Pursuing high barriers-to-entry markets

We seek to acquire quality assets at below replacement cost in regions that have the most difficult entitlement, approval, and development processes.
