Following the acquisition, Northland implemented an asset management plan that included a cosmetic upgrade to the 216 unit multifamily property and a significant reduction to the institutional owner’s operating expenses. Due to its proximity to a single-family neighborhood, quality school system and premier golf course, maximum value from this investment will ultimately be realized through a conversion to condominiums.
